- Gas installation layouts, coordinated with the gas supplier's requirements and the applicable Singapore Standard.

Sanitary stacks, floor traps and pump rooms set hard constraints on an architectural layout. Fixing them early keeps you from relocating a kitchen or toilet after tender.
